This Gin is made with subtle flavours of botanicals right from the heart of Kurdistan. This botanical is Indigenous to the mountains of Ilam. It is a deeply personal recipe made with much love and respect. We hope you love it.

Melbourne's handcrafted Pink Peppercorn Gin is lightly spiced, smooth and beautifully balanced. Peppercorns were handpicked locally from abundant trees in our neighbourhood by us, Janet, Farhad and Jenell. We acknowledge the beautiful land of the Wurundjeri.

Shiraz 2021

Deep ruby nods to the ripe full bodied Shiraz with medium intensity showing dark cherries, plums, red cranberries and raisins. Pepper spice lifts the mid palate and a youthful expression carries to a long finish. The tannin profile matches intensity, ripe and generous accompanied by a lovely acid line that supports the lingering finish. 

Time to Fly is symbolic of the desire for freedom with the artwork created by Farhad Bandesh whilst imprisoned unjustly in Australian refugee detention centre prisons for nearly 8 years.  It is a wine that signifies a search for freedom.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Game Over is a limited edition release of pure Cabernet Sauvignon created from grapes sourced from the beautiful Yarra Valley, and made with the support of Mac Forbes winery and some awesome friends. Made using traditional Kurdish techniques and as always, with love.

This wine is a tribute to the Amnesty International campaign led by ex Socceroo legend Craig Foster to fight against cruel policies that detain refugees and asylum seekers.
